Velvet Shawls Would French Seams Work Well When Sewing Velvet To Satin?

Would french seams work well when sewing velvet to satin? - velvet shawls

72 x 19 is a good size for a formal framework (shawl would be cloth) scarf.

French seams are typically used when the inner lining of the garment ... I do not use them in a shelter when the velvet and satin and canvas shell, or are just a simple way, perhaps
Zig-zag around the edges to reduce wear and tear a little.
Velvet and is bulky, the seams are thick French makes.

Personally, I prefer a long coat and wide - but the folds of a leaf with the expected size and the house a bit and see if you like.

Both tissues can be frustrating to work - I suggest if you do not have much experience in dealing with these matters, you can pick up a few rolls, "Collins Wonder Tape Wash A Way", a 1 / 4 "wide double sided tape tissue can be sewn through. instead of pins and pin marker not won in the end. Use the media.

Remember that the slinkiest, material crawlies, stretchiest or unstable, and always goes to the dogs to feed.

The French couture should work fine, but the cloth can be a little short. I invest in one of my scarves and closer to 8 'long. It is long enough to wrap it in both arms. Pin a newspaper together and try to 72 "to ensure that it is long enough.
